Okay, this is the place where you get to learn a little about who I am. I've always been art-centered in my mindset and interests. The first time I picked up a camera was in art class in high school. Since then photography has become my passion. I love the in-the-moment aspect of my work, how it allows me to discover and capture every blissful, tearful, and comical moment that crosses my path.

I earned my BFA in photography from Penn State University. After graduation I worked in the photographic field for several years. During this time I learned the art and logistics of wedding day photography. In 2009, I struck out on my own and created Amy Tucker Photography. I have been a full-time wedding photographer in the Philadelphia area and beyond ever since!

A wedding is an exciting event for everyone involved, and I always feel privileged to take part in these memorable occasions. When photographing a wedding I strive to be unobtrusive while catching the uniquely beautiful moments of your day.
